Our exercise service is designed to bring physiological and mental benefits for your dog. As well as getting the recommended exercise that your dog needs, we will provide a stimulating and entertaining time. This involves, games, varied terrain and mini challenges that will leave them feeling content and happy.
We will pick every dog up at your house and drop them home after; if necessary we will wash and dry the dogs down with a towel (which let’s face it they are dogs so more often than not, it most certainly will be necessary!). At the start of every run we always begin with a warm up jog and we always end sessions with a cool down on the way back home.
We try to let dogs off the lead as often as possible; most dogs are remarkably well behaved on a run and tend to stick together as a pack at our heels. After an initial evaluation we decide which dogs will be let off the lead, off road and when it is safe to do so, as such all routes we take the dogs on has been risk assessed. For times when dogs have to stay on a lead, we hold a number of leads from normal leads to hands free specifically designed harnesses.

Prevention is better than a cure. A healthy exercise regime will keep your dog in shape and build a strong immune system making it less likely for them to become ill.
We all know obesity can be lethal to humans causing an endless list of health problems but these problems can be just as bad for our furry friends as it can be for us and can ultimately shorten your time together. Dogs with as few as five extra pounds can put them at risk for these disorders, which include :
Running is an excellent way of keeping those dangerous extra pounds off for dogs as well as us.Interval training for dogs engages your dog’s sense of play, increase stamina and makes him work harder.
A sufficiently tired pooch will be more agreeable to an afternoon snooze at your feet rather than terrorizing the neighbour’s cat or chew up the new sofa! An active dog is a happy dog!
Dogs in the wild have extremely busy lives constantly hunting for food, caring for offspring, defending territory, playing and interacting with each other. The modern domestic dog generally leads a far more sedentary lifestyle occasionally contributing to the development of behavioural problems such as:-
Group exercise can be highly beneficial to timid or fearful dogs by building up their confidence and trust. Ultimately this could prevent a dangerous situation with nervous dog lashing out unnecessarily
Running is proven to keep dogs in shape improving muscle tone and overall fitness which can be very beneficial to show-dog owners.
